About us
Craftsmanship with care at every door
Arino Locksmith stands for calm, transparent work on doors, keys and locks in Berlin and the surrounding area.
Our approach
Preserve what can be preserved.
Many locks can be repaired without replacing them. We first check cylinder, fittings and bit, and work so that existing material is preserved as far as possible. Forcing a door is only ever the last resort.
Every step is discussed beforehand. So you always know what is happening at your door, why – and what it costs.
What we stand for
Three principles we keep on every job.
Fair fixed prices
We quote the price in advance on the phone – including time-of-day rate and call-out. No surcharges that appear only on site.
Around the clock
Being locked out keeps no office hours. We are available 24 hours a day – on weekends and public holidays too.
Reputable and transparent
Our technicians show ID, only start after your approval and always issue a proper invoice.
Principle
“If anything is unclear, just ask. We first clarify what is needed, and only then do we work.”— Arino Locksmith
